1. Introduction
Revuva Pty Ltd (ABN 12 687 693 189) (“Revuva,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).
This Privacy Policy sets out how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal information when you use our platform (powered by our white-label software provider, Go High Level), our managed services (including Reputation Manager and Hands Off), and our website.
By using our services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect and hold:
Business & Contact Information – name, business name, ABN, email, phone.
Billing & Payment Information – processed via Stripe or other payment providers. We do not store credit card details.
Customer & End-User Data – information entered or generated through the platform (reviews, form submissions, SMS replies, chat enquiries). Stored in Go High Level.
Analytics & Cookies – including IP address, browser type, usage behaviour.
SMS & Communications Data – phone numbers and message content for authorised communications. SMS use is subject to customer consent and our Terms & Conditions, including opt-out requirements.
We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
deliver, maintain and improve the Revuva platform and services,
provide customer support,
process payments and billing,
analyse usage and performance,
send service-related notifications, and
comply with legal obligations.
We do not use customer data to train AI models.
4. Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell or trade personal information.
We may share information with:
Go High Level (software provider),
SMS providers,
Zapier or other integrations activated by you,
Stripe and other payment processors,
Trusted service providers (hosting, analytics, support),
Regulators or authorities when legally required.
We may also disclose aggregated or anonymised data for analysis and product improvement.
5. Storage & Transfers
Data is stored on Go High Level’s cloud infrastructure, which may be located outside Australia (including in the United States). All transfers are subject to safeguards consistent with the APPs.
6. Security
We apply reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. However, no system is entirely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting login credentials and passwords.
7. Retention
We keep personal information as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal obligations. If you close your account, we will delete or de-identify information where practicable. Some data may remain temporarily in backups.
8. Your Rights
Under the APPs, you have the right to:
request access to personal information we hold about you,
request correction of inaccurate or outdated information,
request deletion of information (subject to legal requirements), and
make a complaint about how your information is handled.
Requests may be submitted by email.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may amend this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be published on our website with the updated “Last Updated” date.
