Spam & Marketing Consent Policy
Effective Date: [01/10/2025]
At Revuva Pty Ltd (“Revuva”, “we”, “our”), we are committed to ensuring that all of our communications comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and other applicable laws. This policy explains how we obtain consent, manage opt-outs, and use customer contact details for marketing and service communications.
1. Consent
We only send commercial electronic messages (including SMS, email, or in-app messages) where:
We have express consent from the recipient (e.g., sign-up forms, opt-in checkboxes, website forms); or
We have an inferred relationship (e.g., you are an active customer and the message directly relates to our services).
We keep records of consents provided.
2. Identification
All marketing communications from Revuva clearly identify us as the sender and include our contact details:
Revuva Pty Ltd
Email: info@revuva.com.au
3. Unsubscribe / Opt-Out
Every marketing email and SMS includes a simple, functional unsubscribe link or instructions.
Requests to unsubscribe are actioned within 5 business days.
Opting out of marketing will not affect essential service or transactional communications (e.g., billing notices, system alerts).
4. Use of Phone Numbers and SMS
We will not share, rent, or sell customer phone numbers.
SMS communications will only be sent where consent is given and in line with 10DLC/AU SMS sender registration requirements.
Clients who use our platform for SMS must ensure that their own end customers have given valid consent under the Spam Act.
5. Third-Party Providers
We may use third-party providers (e.g., SMS carriers, email delivery services, Zapier integrations) to deliver messages on our behalf. These providers are contractually bound to comply with this policy and the Spam Act.
6. Complaints & Contact
If you believe you have received unwanted marketing communications from Revuva, please contact us at info@revuva.com.au and we will investigate promptly.
